Wolcott Planned Community

The Village of Wolcott is a new community proposed for Eagle County, Colorado, near the resort area of Vail, Colorado. The development is envisioned as an inclusive community with a wide range of price points, including over thirty percent affordable housing, designed for full time residents of the County. DHM created a 3D model of the living and built environments to communicate planning and design concepts for this new community years before groundbreaking ceremonies. Through the use of highly detailed 3D models we were more successful in realistically conveying the design intent when compared to the standard illustrative plans and renderings. The video enabled us to showcase the development’s remarkable geographic location and highlight the overall character of the community’s downtown core. This piece will be used for global marketing purposes, exhibition during planning commission sessions and ultimately as a sales device for potential residents. Design Architect: Historical Concepts
