Punta Chivato

DHM developed a master plan for this 2,200 acre resort in the heart of the Baja Peninsula on the Sea of Cortez. The vision for Punta Chivato is a six star eco-lux resort with pockets of development surrounded by the native serenity of Baja’s landscape. The final project will include a 36-hole golf course and private clubhouse, 1300 casitas and villas, 900 hotel rooms, a beach clubhouse, and 100,000 square feet of commercial development. DHM is also working on plans to enlarge an existing runway into an international airport, and proposing improvements to a nearby town for future employees of the resort.
